    Job responsibilities

    • Lead a consistently high performing team atmosphere
    • Continuous Improvement of department processes- Defined by ongoing goals and objectives, agreed upon by management, supervisors and leads.
    • In depth knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 and the BRM Quality Manual-Quality of product in the department Ensure employees knows Quality Policy -Ensure employees knows how to complete a Yellow Tag and inspection forms- NMR procedures and the ability to complete independently Final Inspection on Job Tickets
    • Ensure complete understanding of management objectives are understood by all departmental employees.
    • Housekeeping- Ensure department(s) are clean, organized and arranged in the most efficient manner using 6S principles.
    • Department performance reporting-Distribute responsibilities to department leads- Ensure Lot and in-process inspections are completed- Review department performance data with department leads at least weekly but preferably daily as systems permit.
    • Conduct employee reviews and discipline- Ensure that department(s) Produces at a rate equivalent or better than job ticket times
    • Material receiving inspection- Confirm all materials (Raw, Supplies, Maintenance items, etc..) received are correct.
    • Raw Material Inventories- Notify Production Manager and/or Production/Inventory Control Manager of material shortages. Conduct an accurate inventory count
    • Responsible for equipment in production department(s)-Issue Maintenance Work Orders for preventative or repair situations. Work with maintenance to make sure spare parts/wear parts are available.
    • Facilitate employee training
    • Identify resource needs and communicate them to management
    • Delegate responsibilities to ensure maximum effectiveness of department(s)
    • Know, follow and adhere to all company policies
    • Encourage positive employee moral

    Required qualification

    • Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality
    • 3 years previous experience supervising 15 or more employees.
    • Verifiable previous job experience
    • Above average computer skills in Microsoft and excel
    • 2 years’ experience working with ERP/MRP system
    • Fluent in Spanish preferred
    Customer Service Representative

    Job responsibilities

    • Responsible for receiving a high volume of customer orders via email, EDI, internet, fax and telephone.
    • Professionally answer incoming customer calls and assist them.
    • Set up new customer accounts and E-alerts.
    • Provide product description to customers as needed.
    • Create quotes for customers upon requested.
    • Process returns, including returns for inspection.

    Required qualification

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar customer service account management position
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Take incoming and make outgoing calls with a friendly, enthusiastic and positive personality.
    • Respond to emails, typing 50 wpm and 10 key experience.
    • The ability to multi-task and work independently.
    • Dependable and punctual.
    • Some experience with customer support software (Zendesk/Freshdesk) as well as ERP software.
    • Eagerness to work with other.
    • Must be extremely attentive to details.
